What Lawyer

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? KY

Hello People

What kind of lawyer do i need to sue somebody for money that they owe me, and a car that they sold to me without ever getting the title to me.'

if you have any Lawyers in Garland or Dallas TX that can help me with this, you can leave their name and phone numbers here

but my main thing is to let me know what kind of Lawyer i need and in what category does this fall under.
