Your questions are confusing. Try reposting and use complete sentences with punctuation. Some of my questions are:

What kind of debt?
How much money?
Was the debt secured? If so, by what (not your gramatical skills, for sure!)
When did you last make a payment on the debt?
Auction? What did they auction?
Summary and statement of what?
Personal papers? What do personal papers sell for these days?
How on earth could they obtain your birth certificate and sell it?
Why would they sell your social security number? Did they get a good price?
Who is they? Does the collection agency have a name? Who is the original creditor?
