What Should I dispute with this TL?

What is the name of your state? PA

Hi,

I have an unpaid balance on my credit card with First Premier Bank (FPB), which I closed after a year. Its been charged-off, and sent to AcademyCollections, who is trying to collect on behalf of FPB.

FPB keeps reporting to the CRAs (AcademyCollections is not reporting). But I believe the reports FPB keeps furnishing the CRAs contains errors, which I want to dispute.

I would be very grateful if you could help me figure out what to dispute. Is there anything really worth disputing (like the balance, when it is set to go off the records, etc)

I have copied the relevant information from the 3 CRAs below:

Thanks - DK

I'm not sure why you are playing games here. Pay the $400. Things are not just going away in collections. There doesn't appear to be anything to protest here. Chargeoff doesn't make things go away, it just means that the credit card company no longer claims your $400 as an potential asset anymore.

The "estimated" time thing isn't part of your credit report. It's just something that they put in the thing they send to you in case you can't figure out how to add seven to the dola.
