What is the statute of limitations

What is the name of your state?CO
I am curious, what is the statute of limitations for collection of a government student loan? everything has a statute of limitations except murder correct?

As far as I know there is no SOL for government student loans. In fact, you can't file bankruptcy on them either. If you borrow the money from the government you must pay it back.

Veronica is correct, there is no SOL on student loan debt. They can only be discharged in bankruptcy with proof of undue hardship or through permanent disability.
