Wife got loans in my name and now we are separated.

What is the name of your state? Colorado I retired from the military in April, 2006. In October last year we took out a second mortgage on our house in order to start up a business with my in-laws. In June of this year I found out that my wife had assumed my identity and took out several credit cards in my name as well asa two loans in my name using my credentials, Near as I can tell she she did these nline and used an old power of attorney that had she had while I was in Iraq. She took out these loans in etc, in May-July, 2005. I have since paid off the credit card debt and cancelled the cards she took out in my name. OUr businees opened in AUgust, 2006. In October, 2006, she moved out wiht our two kids and my two step-children. The two loans she took out which are now 6K and 12K I cannot afford to pay. We are separated and neither one of us can afford a divorce lawyer. I am struggling in order to pay the mortgage I had to get a forbarance on as she missed a payment and the second mortgage, as well as my credit card Ive had for almost 20 years. I am on all the paperwork on the house, as well as on the loans, both the ones she took out in my name and the ones that I knew about. Her name is on all the paperwork for the business . I had to have a truck repossessd and am late on the two loans inmy name....my credit has gone from a 780 to a 536. I have looked into refinancing and trying to rol everything up into one payment, but was turned down by my bank. What to do?? How can I make her pay for these loans? My credit card was used to the tune of around 8k for business started related items. My ship is sinking fast!! Right now I can pay the first and second, and my credit card, but I cannot pay anything on the tow loans nor whatever happens with the reposession. What is next?

Identity theft is a crime. Report it to the police and work to resolve as such.
