won judgement against disabled person

What is the name of your state? CT

I've won a judgement for $3,500 against a former client who is disabled. However, the defendent has refused to pay so far. Is there anyway to garnish disability payments? And if not, what is my next course of action? The wife's bank account? House mortage?
