Workers Comp Settlement in the state of Georgia... can it be attached?

I have just won a workers comp settlement in the state of Georgia and currently and in default on a student loan. I am in the process of getting in touch with the holder of the account in order to get on a rehab plan for my account. My question is, can my settlement be attached for the balance of my loan?
