Writ of Execution

What is the name of your state? Maine
My wife recently won a decision that increased her child support. To make a long story short, the change was retroactive and included lawyers' fees. Her ex-husband owns some land which we would like to place a Writ of Execution in order to get the money owed.
We have exhausted our resources on lawyers' bills and would like to do some of this stuff ourselves. I cannot for the life of me find a form to use to generate the "Writ of Execution" any help in locating a template or sample would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Have you asked the Clerk of Court where the judgment was obtained for a form?

This was all I could find: http://www.courts.state.me.us/rules_forms_fees/pub_forms.html#forms

It could be some forms are not available on-line.

You can normally, in most states, get this form (Writ of Execution) from the court clerk for a small fee. I'm not sure if you can get this form on line - probably not.
