What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AR

In AR, if there is a 3rd party who twice a month owes money to my judgment debtor as a result of a contractual agreement and I want to intercept that money before it is delivered to the debtor, which writ do I serve on the 3rd party:

a Writ of Exeuction or a Writ of Garnishment?

The 3rd party is not an employer of the debtor (W2 or 1099) or financial institution where the debtor has an account. (not a bank or wage garnishment)

Thank you.
