Bullied by Ins. Co.

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?We are in Tennessee. The disability Ins. Co. is telling us that any monies received (even retirement from a completely different employer) is deductable from the Disability Ins. payment. Is this correct?

Without seeing the terms of the disability policy and without knowing considerably more about the circumstances, impossible to say.
