I received LTD for 6 years and now I have SSDI. SSDI is the only check I get. Can LTD garnish my SSDI check.
I don't mine paying my part of the LTD, but my ex wife will not pay the money back so I have to pay hers back also and I don't get the check and I don't have the money to pay them back. So I would like to know if the can Granish my SSDI check. I don't think I will ever go back to work. So I will not have to worry about making money other than SSDI.
