continuning disability reviewsWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri I am on social security disability and have been considered disabled by bipolar disorder since 2006. I began receiving benefits in 2008 and am scheduled for a cdr in December of 2011. Do I need to worry about losing my benefits? Vicki |

| You will get a form requesting current status, medications, appointment history, and diagnosis. It is a short form, unlike the process to get approved in the first place. Keep up with appointments and medication for bipolar disorder and you should not have a concern. Regardless, it doesn't pay to worry now for what might happen in a couple of years. |
