What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ohio.
not sure if this is the right forum, but here goes.
I am disabled with multiple sclerosis. I collect ssi and medicaid, but have been helping my sister who is a realtor. I hadnt been keeping track of my earnings with her in 2009, but she has informed me that she gave me over 12000 for the year and will submit a 1099 for me. I am not trying to hide anything nor do I want to try to take advantage of any agency. I just am very worried now and scared of what will happen to me. Does anyone have any advice for me? I havent saved any of the money because my ssi is just not enough to live on, and I am currently supporting my daughter even though she is not a minor anymore.
