What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maine. I was wondering if you could tell me if the alj in my SSDI case can determine if my lawyer fees can be offset against the money I have to repay my longterm disability insurance? I would also like to know if the alj can reeduce how much I have to repay the insurance company. Thank you David Fraser
