Disabled dont know what to do

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland
I have a little bit of a complicated issue.I am full time employee for a county public school system for nine years. I have had a warning about missing time in jan and a warning about being late in sept so when I had a wrist injury on 9-14 I went to work told my supervisor of my injury she told to go to the doctor after work .I went to the doctor on 9-14 he said it was a possible fracture he placed my arm in a splint and a complete arm sling and said he would have another dr look at the x-rays and call me. I went to work on 9-15 I informed my supervisor she said do the best that you can because you are not allowed to miss any time from work. I worked on 9-16 and on 9-17 I was moving some stock around and part and my thumb and part of my pointer finger got numb I didnt think a whole lot of it thought I was just using it too much, went to work on 9-18 finger was no better.Management came in on 9-18 told me that a county auditor found a bank discrepency and they thought that I was stealing money and that I needed to resign or it would not be good for me and she would be requesting termination when I refused they put me on paid admn leave pending a investigation they scheduled a meeting for this on 9-29.I was sent to the hospital on 9-25 with a possible stroke I was admitted and released late on 9-28 I contacted my manager to let her know that I could not make the meeting that day she told me to follow up with the dr and call her after they released me but when I went to the dr kept me out on medical leave until 11-02 pending nuerological testing. My employer said we can not have a meeting until I have been released from the dr I guess this was the meeting when they were going to terminate me. I have received a lot of certified letters from the county recently .Disability papers that need to be filled out from the dr and a recent paper that said I have been placed in the (IDM) program of the Office of Risk Management and they will contact me with the requirements of that program and that my paid admn leave was cancelled on 9-21 and I have been placed on my own personal illness leave. I am not really sure what to do at this point can anyone give me any advice. Just a few reminders below that may be needed.

I have the following

Full time employment-9 years
Health and dental ins- for my son and I
Long term disability that I pay through the county
Personal sick leave-423 hrs
Family sick leave-52 hrs
