What is the name of your state (NJ)?
I have been out on long term disability since 05/2008 Metlife made me apply for SSA. I was denied SSA benefits, last August I went to ADJ hearing before the judge was denied. Next ADJ is next month what happens it I am denied again? If I am approved can metlife take all the back payments? I am uninsured and need medical surgery that money could pay for the surgery & possibly allow me to return back to work.There is 93% success surgical rate. Can metlife just pay me a lump sum instead of monthly benefits? Has anyone been through this?What is the name of your state (NJ)?
