LTD Conversion Pre-Existing Conditions

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
I was seperated from company in Feb. with an option to continue my LTD through Cigna. I received the paperwork and was surprised to see the pre-existing Condition Limitation clause. I was planning to maintain this insurance I have paid on for years, now since I have seen a doctor for a condition I've had for the past 3 years and have had a prescription it looks like they would deny any future claim. Am I reading this wrong? I doubt it, but would like a legal opinion anyway.

Why don't you call Cigna and ask them?

Lawsuits are not about justice. They are about MONEY. If you don't want money, then you shouldn't be thinking about suing. And people post here because they are thinking about suing. Because they want money, no matter how much they don't want to admit that to themselves.
