I've recently been denied ltd benefits. Is it uncommon for people to craft their own appeal letter or is an attorney necessary?
Are their any appeal letter examples that can be looked at by general public.
I have the supprt of all me doctors who are willing to craft letters in support of my appeal.
The biggest issue with the denial is the insurance company classifying my job as sedentary when in fact it is definitely not. Actually I was given the wromg occupationn description in my denial letter.
Do I really need a lawyer for this?
