LTD Reimburse employer paid premiumFlorida I am filing a long term disabilty claim due to stage IV cancer. My employer paid the premium, but I was wondering if I could reimburse my employer for any portion (1 to 3 years ) of the premium in order to reduce the future tax on the benefit income? |

| I doubt that would fly with the IRS. |

| How wonderful that would be! If you could do such things, you could also go to Las Vegas and make a bet, if the number comes up, you get to increase the bet and get paid for the win. I hate to be flippant for something so serious , but, no, you cannot change the past facts to fit your current situation.
