What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
I am being asked to repay over 25k they overpayed. I disclosed I was receiving income from another source 2 different times. Am I legally required to repay them? Thanks...Mike

If the income from outside sources you were receiving would have been disqualifiying, then yes, it is quite possible that there demand for repayment is valid - even if the error in the disclosure is the insurance companies' fault.

BUT

This is not a matter of 25 dollars - this is like a years wages.

You need to get a lawyer.
