What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I would like to know what the average percent insurance companies pay for SCI cases initially and reoccurring.

Also, what percentage Medicare and Medicaid pays.

And what percentage Disability Pays.

All initially and reoccurring.

Thank you.

There is no single answer to that. It depends entirely upon the insurance policy.

You MIGHT find a basic percentage for Medicare, Medicaid or SSDI (which is what I assume you mean by Disability), but even then it is going to depend on your location, the provider, the R&C for your area, and other variables.

There is no single "disability" entity in your state or most states. It's going to depend entirely on the specific disability policy.
