I had my SSDI court records sealed by a Federal Judge about a year ago. This included any access (including electronic) to non-interested parties. Why is it then that new Court Records Websites, like Justia, keep posting my court records in their entirety, including my psychiatric history on the internet for all to see?

Are they in violation of the court order? If so, what is my recourse? Furthermore, what can I do to prevent this from happening again in the future?
