PA I was out on short term disability. They cut me off after a few months. They did not even let me finish going to my doctor and a specialist I had scheduled.
They asked for an extention after I appealed. Their cutoff date was 4-10-15 but the letter that came was post marked 4-14-15. The letter inside was dated 4-10-15. Surely they have the same responsibility for timely requests for filings as I do. I cannot find any similar cases, and don't know what to do at this point.
