What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California.
I have only Social Security Disability as my source of income, which I direct deposit into a bank account. I had a abstract of judgement against me and want to know if they can take my benefits from my bank account by a writ of garnishmsnt or other, or is it exempt from garnishment in my bank account?
