What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? california
I applied for and am receiving both STD and CSDI (calif dis.ins.) CDSI is availible from employee contributions not employers. I am guessing the STD insurance will at sometime demand the CDSI checks. I notified both partys that I am receiving both checks (more than my 100% pay) but they more or less shined me on! Why do they do this to everyone, it is obvious from the forum questions that the overpay happens all the time. Us that receive the money go thru so many changes to get approved that by the time the money does roll in, we figure it must be all ours. Question: Does anyone know at what stage of the payments do they come after the overpayment money? Thanks alot in advance.
