Ok my Husband And i have been together for a little over a yr and we have been married for 5 mo. we also have a 6 mo. old son

Now for the problems.....
I have not been doing the things i needed to do in a marriage the cleaning and what not the normal wifes dutys also i slept for most of the day.
on sunday i got jelous of my husband with a mutual woman friend of ours it started a fight**************..
Tuesday i attempted suiceide I was at my whits end and i didnt know how to handle my fustration ( it was more of a call for help i didnt plan on really doing it) and secondly i went to the hospitial and they diagnosed me with severe Deppression which would explain why i was really being lazy
My husband and i now have a restraining order in place and ......they awarded him temp coustody of our son
And he wants a divorce or annulment......
My question is**************. if i feel we need to work things out go to marriage councling.....and what not......and i also get the help i need for my deppression.
What do you think a judge would do....or what should i do to push off getting a divorce or annulment legally
to possibly save my marriage
please any advice and info would be greatly appreatiated i do not agree with this divorce or annulment
I still very much love my husband

First of all, if he wants divorced, he is going to get divorced. Why isn't your concern trying to keep custody of the baby? A judge will not force him into counceling with you.

Ive already lost temporary coustody of my son....
That doesn't mean you give up on your kid for all eternity!! Straighten yourself out and focus on being a mom to your kid instead of sacrificing yourself for a man, no man is worth that and no kid deserves to be the biggest loser in the family.

Hon - you need serious help for YOU before you can even begin to think about saving your marriage. Frankly, it sounds as though your husband is doing what he feels he needs to do for himself AND for the well-being of the child. I honestly can't say I blame him. Get help for yourself ASAP.

According to my math, you may not be the mother.
