2 lawyers

undefinedWhat is the name of your state? Washington state
My exhusband has 2 lawyers working on the same case# He has 1 lawyer for 1 year .He now has retained another lawyer on the same case#.This other lawyer has been calling me. Sending me letters and has called my cellphone.I have a lawyer. He will not communicate with this 2nd lawyer.Saying in the state of Washington you cannot have 2 lawyers on the same case #without one of them withdrawing. I believe my lawyer. I am writting this letter b
ecause of the continuing harassament of this 2nd lawyer .Can he do this. Just asking for a second opinion.

You are represented by an attorney. Any attorney hired by your husband is NOT supposed to talk to you directly because you are represented by an attorney! Your attorney should be reporting this guy to the bar association.
