What is the name of your state?WV
My husband and I have been married for almost 3 years. He had our home before we married and my name was never put on it. We have a 1 year old son together. Am I entitled to anything?

child support if you are going to be the custodial parent, maybe 1/2 the equity built in the home during the marriage
