30 day wiating period

What is the name of your state? as of now ca

I lived in and was married and divorced in the state of texas. my attorney at the time of my divorce told me that after the judge signed the papers that myself and my ex had to waite 30 days before remarraige. I sighned the papers and so did my ex on sept, 11, 1998 (and so did the judge). My ex remarried (i just found out) on sept 24, 1998. (only 23 days) Is my ex's marraige to his current wife legal? They got married in Ks. Can he do this?

Mostly personal reasons. Why do care why? Could you just not answer my question, or do you have personal issues with this kind of thing as well?

It's your ex. Let it go. At this point they are almost considered married for the length of time they have been together.

Because it doesn't really affect YOU at all. So he got married 7 days early - does it harm you in any way? Does it somehow screw up some portion of your divorce settlement? Or are you being vindictive? If it's the latter, you're going to spend a ****load of money to take it to court and have a judge tell you to get over it. But feel free to waste your money.
