32 years of marriage

What is the name of your state? Delaware
After 32 yrs we have decided on divorce. He worked for the gov't 36 years before retiring 10 yrs ago. Am I entitled to any pention from his retirement money?

Be wise and get yourself an attorney. I honestly don't know if you are entitled to any of the government pension or not (its not military, correct?...and did it replace Social Security in withholding?). However, you really need an attorney.

Correct, it is not military. No S.S. just gov't pension.
