401K/Retirement

What is the name of your state?AR
Everyone tells me I'm entitled to a portion of his 401K. Does that mean then he's entitled to a portion of mine?

You would each be entitled to half of each other's 401k that accrued during the marriage. You really need to keep all of your questions on one thread...you will get more accurate answers.
