What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH

My ex husband and I have been seperated for 3 years and divorced for 10 months. He has left property in my gargage since he moved out and bought his own place (with his own garage) 3 years ago. He was ordered in the divorce to remove all the property, including the junk, from my garage within a two week period. He has not done that. I need to know what I can do to assume ownership of that property so that I can get rid of it and maybe park my car in the garage. One of the items is a motorcycle.
Thanks for any help.

Send him a certified letter telling him that he has 30 days to remove the items from your property, or you will dispose of them yourself.

Is that my only option? And do I need legal assistance to do that?
Well, you could take him to court for contempt and ask the judge to order that he remove the items within 30 days or they become your property...but the judge already basically ordered him to remove them and he didn't.

I was hoping that after a certain length of time the property would be considered abandoned and I could somehow assume it was mine. Anything like that in Ohio law?
I am currently unemployed and would like to sell some of the stuff out there.
This has been ongoing for months now. I contacted my divorce attorney several times about this previously, but he does not return my calls. I think his belief is that he has gotten me the divorce and now he is done with it.
Thanks for your responses.
