What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington
My husband and I moved from Arizona to Washington in May of 1998. In December of 1998, he left and moved back to Arizona. I want an official divorce, but have no idea where he is now. What do I do? :confused:

You will probably need an attorney to file for divorce by publication.
