What is the name of your state? Maine How do I file for a Divorce, My husband disappeared 3 years ago. He left my 2 children and I, and we have not heard from him. I have no idea how to serve papers, or even begin this process without knowing where he is. Does anyone have any helpful advice??
I am engaged to a wonderful man and we are trying to set a wedding date, and we can't until I get a divorce!!
