i met a married man, we slept together and i had his baby. they are still married he wants to get devorced but there are problems with doing it right now he also want to move in with me, if he did while the divorce was effect can she sue me for anything. what is her rights? can she do anything to me. or him?

Well I'm no lawyer. Don't think she can do anything to you or your child. Him However is a different story. If your state (which you didn't mention) may have Adultrey as a grounds for divorce which she well clearly win if it is determined that your child by him was concieved during the marriage.So he can look forward to losing big if this is in fact the case. there are lots of websites out there that you can look at. Search for your state and divorce. it work well for me.
