live in NC and i am desparate to get a divorce. My husband was cheating on
me with several women, a couple were even long term relationships. I want to get a divorce and it seems i need to wait a year! Is there ANY way i can do this without the wait?????

You have to separated (living apart with the intent to stay living apart) a year + 1 day before you can file. About a 2-6 weeks after that, depending on if the other party responds and how busy the court is.
