Adultery in Ohio?

What is the name of your state? Ohio
A good friend of mine has recently found someone to be there for him and treat him with respect. Unfortunately, he's married and he's really in love with this other person and wants to spend the rest of his life with her. He's been married for 18 years but very unhappy for most of it. He has a daughter that he loves very much and stayed in it for her. His wife continuously was untrusting, uncaring and often disrespectful. He's planning on moving out to his own place and getting a divorce. Does anyone know if she can get him for adultery if he moves in with her after the divorce is started but not final yet? Also, if she makes more money than him, do you know if she can get spousal support from him? Thanks for anything you've got

Adultery is grounds for divorce in Ohio which is also an equitable distribution state so it could affect custody/spousal support and property settlement. Either spouse may request counseling.

Uncaring?**************apparently she had reason to be uncaring.
Disrespectful???????**************...this is 2005, not 1900.
