He has a daughter that he loves very much and stayed in it for her. His wife continuously was untrusting, uncaring and often disrespectful. He's planning on moving out to his own place and getting a divorce. Does anyone know if she can get him for adultery if he moves in with her after the divorce is started but not final yet? Also, if she makes more money than him, do you know if she can get spousal support from him? Thanks for anything you've got |
Untrusting?.....apparently she had reason to be untrusting.
Uncaring?**************apparently she had reason to be uncaring.
Disrespectful???????**************...this is 2005, not 1900.
Other than that...you got the correct advice from Rmet.
