What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tx

I posted the question about adultery - finding large sums spent on porn and massage parlors.
Let me clarify my question. While I was going through all of his discovery documents, I find 4 years worth of these types of purchases. Not once or twice, Like a gift or a stolen identity. Nor was he honest about any of it. But, we both carried the financial burden of it, as well as the consequences that followed. (hence, the divorce) But, this cannot be considered adultery or attributed to the cause of the divorce in any way? It definately explained a lot to me, that is for sure! What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You should have posted this in your other thread. But no, it's not adultery.
