The act of adultery in Wisconsin is a felony according to Wisconsin Statute 944.16, which states that 'A married person who has sexual intercourse with a person not the married person's spouse' is guilty of a Class E felony.
But don't get your hopes up. An action under the above statute has not been brought in the Milwaukee area for 25 years and is very rare in Wisconsin.
Before I take exception to you HG, and since I played the same on you <wicked grin> let me get this clear. You are saying that Wisconsin does not have an adultry law....is that based on the spelling?
