Adultery?

What is the name of your state? North Carolina I recently found out my husband has mutiple personal ads with pictures of himself, and parts of him. I was wondering if internet dating is considered adultry and is it grounds for a fault divorce?

sorry for the misspelling.. I guess some of you are just jerks who can't over look missing a key every once in a while..

But, anyway, he has many different emails with sexual advances. and I was just wondering if this is some form of proof of adultery..

Being over 18 years of age is adultry in most places.

However, adultery would require sex, not just personal ads.

I'm certain you didn't mean this as you've written it.
