Advocate may be unfairWhat is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Colorado I'm writing on behalf of my sister. In her case, her ex has temporary custody over their son during their divorce which is still in the midst. The special advocate has recently interviewed their 5 year old son. The father was notified at least a week in advance, but the mother was not notified at all that interview had occurred until at least a month later. Was the advocate incorrect in not notifying the mother in advance as well? Her fear was that the five year old son may have been prepped with his answers. Thank you in advance for your help. |

| Dad was probably notified as he had to make the kid available for the meeting.
