Do I have the right to go through my wife's e-mail if I suspect an affair? I did, and discovered that she was indeed having an affair.

I intend to divorce her... I know that you cannot use that in court, but I have plenty of other items to use.. ; I felt very suspicious about this.. and felt that I needed to know..
