Affidavit of Inability to Pay Costs.Texas Alright. Here's the deal. I know how to file the divorce, I just can't PAY for it. So, I printed out the Affidavit of Inability to Pay Costs and filled it out. The problem is when I went to file the darned thing, they told me I needed another form. An Order to Approve the Affidavit. The judge has to sign the order to waive the fees for this divorce. I cannot.. for the LIFE of me, find this form .. and I don't know what the name of the form is either. Please tell me someone out there is broke like me? And please tell me you have an idea of what I'm talking about. Shay |

| I have no idea how reliable this website is: http://www.texashousing.org/tt/index.html (I realize you do not have a landlord-tenant case.) Try putting at the bottom of your form: SO ORDERED: ______________________________ Judge (name of judge) Date: _________________________
