Alabama Divorce and waiting period?

What is the name of your state? Alabama

Ok I am not going to go into details just have a simple question. Alabama has a rule that after a divorce you can not get remarried, except to each other, for a period of 60 days. If I wanted to get remarried prior to the 60 days could I get married in another state that does not have this restriction and would there be any grounds for my ex to take me back to court?

No, you need to wait the 60 days.

Agreed. Full Faith and Credit means nothing nowadays apparently.
