What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL

My ex wife and I married when we were very young. Since the divorce she has begun drinking and going to bars, but is only 20. I do not want her to stay out all night drinking when she has our daughter. Can the court send her to counseling?

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.
