I am wondering if an Alienation of Affection case is something that can be pursued in Illinois. How does it work? What do I need to do? I am married to a cheating spouse. I've done some checking and I believe that the man she is 'seeing' has dated several other married women and broken up their marriages as well. I love my wife and my first priority is to save the marriage, however I would like to know what ALL of my options are. She says she wants to seperate and that she doesn't love me anymore. I'm beginning to doubt that I can fix this. Any thoughts?
