What is Alienation of Affection
Is there a law that states a person can be sued for Alienation of Affection in the state of California? If so what evidence would be needed to follow through with the Alienation of Affection lawsuit?

My response:

Among other Causes of Action as stated below, California does not recognize a cause of action for "Alienation of Affection", specifically . . .

Cal. Civil Code section
43.5. No cause of action arises for:
(a) Alienation of affection.
(b) Criminal conversation.
(c) Seduction of a person over the age of legal consent.
(d) Breach of promise of marriage.
