Married 12/21/06 wife moved out of my house 2/9/07.She moved up from Utah.She signed(not me)a contract to pay 8grand to move stuff up here.She doesnt have the money.Since we are married but divorcing can I be liable for the contract she signed? In the divorce this will be debt incured while married,again,can I be made to help pay it?

Its a marital debt, therefore yes, you will be held responsible for at least half of it.
