What is the name of your state? CA.

If my wife signed a quit claim deed on our house, and the house is now in my name only, (but her name is still on the mortgage) and we should ever get divorced, Will she be able to get anything from it? And, if I die will the house automatically go to her since I've no will made out?

Without a will your wife would get any equity in the house. In community property states, it doesn't matter who's name is on the deed.
