Amended Divorce

In the state of Georgia, when is it legal to get remarried if you divorcee degree had to be amended. What date do use? The divorce was granted in oct but because of an amendment it wasn't signed by the judge or filed through the court till February. So which date, could you legally get remarried?

Hang on, WHO granted the divorce then if it wasn't signed off by the judge at that time???? The divorce is not granted till the courts say it is. When a judge has signed off on it, that is when you can say, hey! I'm a single human again!
